Congratulations Sally Stitchers!

The Stitching with Sally group that meets at the library the first and third Thursday, created a Granny Square Afghan to enter into the Burlington County Farm Fair and took a FIRST PLACE RIBBON!  Great job!  1st place farm fair 2018

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Today in the Children’s Library we followed up our Fairy Garden with part two: Fairy Pendants.  It was a lot of fun and all the pendants turned out beautifully – and as an added bonus, we painted the backs with glow in the dark paint!

Next week:  Our Wednesday Story Hour and craft with Mrs. Peggy King will be about “FISH”.

Monday we’ll be starting a  Group to discuss assigned Summer Reading projects.  Kids going into 6th, 7th, or 8th grades are welcome to join.

Come join the group!  Maybe find a favorite new author or even a new series!

Libraries Rock with April Mae & the June Bugs – July 12!

Backyard Event

Join us on the back lawn of the library,  6:30 pm,  for a concert with April Mae & the June Bugs.

First kids are invited on Thursday afternoon, 2pm – 3pm,  to learn about Roots Music with April Mae.  Then everyone’s invited to bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the concert at 6:30 pm!
