If you were wondering about the construction taking place on Monday, here’s the reason. The beautiful brickwork began outside the library. This is only the beginning, but maybe you’ll find yours. If not, there’s a lot more to come through the generosity of our patrons.

Looking ahead

We’re very excited about the work taking place at the library but there are other activities to look forward to in July – which is just around the corner!

It’s not too early to start thinking about the search for your winning frog

This year’s contest is bound to be another winner. Don’t forget to dream up a prize winning story about catching and training your frog.

We seem to be planning more than one aquatic type of activity this July in the Children’s Library

And something for the adults, an early evening at Red Top Market to benefit the library!
