Finally! It’s been a rough winter! Hopefully, now we can put all that ice and snow out of our minds and look ahead to warmer temperatures. It’s time to admire the color and beauty of spring: daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, cherry and dogwood blossoms. Time to think about playing outside and gardening! Or, sitting outside with a good book in the sun and just relaxing.

Be sure to stop by the library to say hello and check out a book for that relaxing read outdoors. And, while there check out the beautifully restored floors and fixtures.

In the Children’s Library Miss Kim has been thinking about the summer reading kickoff and the Memorial Day Parade. This summer the theme is Unearth a Story which automatically makes you think of DINOSAURS! So of course she is looking for dinosaur volunteers between ages 1-100 to join the library in the parade.
