Spring?

Well it sure is beginning to look like spring. But temperatures this week might discourage setting those seedlings out just yet. Why not settle back and read a good book instead? A book to help you plan your garden; a book to plan your meals with all the fresh herbs and produce from your garden; or maybe just a good story to kick back and read in your easy chair.

If you’re not sure what to read why not join The Keen Readers? The library book club meets the second Thursday of the month, 7 pm, at the library. The book selection for April is The Mystery Guest, by Nita Prose.

In the Children’s Library,  the arrival of spring has Miss Kim thinking about summer. Once again we’ll have the annual backyard event with Magician Brian Richards, and, the ever popular Frog Jump. And Miss Kim has planned a fun filled month of Adventures in Wonderland, based on Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Stop by the library and visit for more information.

Last, but not least, spring into the season with Springtime Story Hour Wednesday mornings at 10:30 am. Call to let Miss Kim know you’re coming!
